We love the combination of Lime and Mint. It's a pairing that can only be improved by MarlinSpike rum.
Add 4 or 5 large ice cubes to your glass and give it some time to chill.
Add some bruised mint leaves and slices of lime to the glass with ice.
Pour MarlinSpike, apple juice and tonic water over the ice & garnish and stir.
